| Rodeheaver Boys Ranch is a working Boys Ranch with Horses, cows, pigs and other small animal projects. The boys participate in the county 4H program. The boys help work the cows and get the calves ready for market. |
| Every year about 20 of the boys raise a pig to be shown and sold at the county fair. The boys get to keep the money made from the sell of their pig minus the expenses of buying and raising the pig. The Ranch founder, Homer Rodeheaver, used to say, “If The Boys Will Raise the Animals, The Animals Will Raise The Boys.” |
