FUNDRAISING AND DEVELOPMENT Since the ranch does not accept government funding, the need to find new ways of raising additional operating capital becomes increasingly important. To help in the fundraising needs of the ranch, an RV festival park has been constructed to host two Bluegrass Festivals each year. The RV Park has over 500 sites with electric and water hook-ups. The park is also available for smaller groups who need a location to host rallies and meetings.
